Tuna Tar tare with Fresh Ginger on Daikon Radish
Sioux-Z-Wow's Saucy Nickname is
Asian Tuna Tartare
Serves 6
1 lb. Ahi Tuna, Sushi grade, chopped
1 T. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
1" Ginger, Minced
½ Lemon, Juiced
1/8 t. Five Spice Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Daikon Radish or Cucumber, peel & sliced thinly
8 Parsley stems, chopped
To Make: Combine Sioux Z Wow, ginger, lemon juice, and Five Spice Powder. Add Tuna. Season with salt and pepper. Chill 1 hr.
To Serve: Place a small portion of Tuna Tartare in the middle of each veggie disk. Scatter parsley over the serving platter.
