Turkey Tostado
Sioux-Z-Wow's Saucy Nickname is
Turkey Tostado
Serves 4
2 C. Cooked Turkey, bite size pieces
2 C. Sassy Black Beans*, drained
4 Crisp tortillas or tortilla shells
2 med. Tomatoes, diced
1 C. Guacamole
1 C. Sour Cream
1 C. Cheddar Cheese, grated
On 4 separate plates, place one of the tortillas. Spread ½ C. of the Sassy Black Beans on each tortilla. Top each tostado with lettuce, tomato and turkey. Garnish with guacamole, sour cream and cheese. Serve immediately with a side dish of Sioux Z Wow for more flair! *(see our Sassy Black Bean recipe)
