Black Beans Sioux-Z-Wow's Saucy Nickname is Sassy Black Beans
Makes 6 cups
1 lb. Black Beans (dried)
1 lrg. Can Chicken Broth (49 oz)
1 C. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
Wash beans and soak in 5 cups of water overnight in lrg pot. Add Sioux Z Wow and chicken broth. Cover and cook over med. heat for 1½ hours or until tender.
