Sauteed Pork Chops

Posh Pork Chops
Serves 4
4 Pork Chops, center cut, butterflied
1 C. Italian Seasoned Bread crumbs
2 Eggs
1½ C. Chicken Broth
¾ C. Sioux Z Wow marinade
To Make: Break eggs into a bowl. Beat with a fork. Place breadcrumbs in a separate flat bottom bowl. Heat skillet while dipping each pork chop into egg and then rolling it in bread crumbs. Brown both sides of pork chops in skillet. Pour chicken broth down side of pan. Add Sioux Z Wow and gently stir to blend. Simmer pork chops one hour.
To Serve: Serve with parsley potatoes on a bed of watercress sautéed in olive oil and fresh garlic.
