Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Exotic Fruit Chutney Sioux-Z-Wow's Saucy Nickname is Succulent "Tender" Loins with Exotic Fruit Chutney
Serves 6
1 Pork Tenderloins (about 1+ lbs.)
½ C. Sioux Z Wow
2 T. Olive Oil
1/2 C. White Wine
1/2 C. Chicken Broth
To Marinate: In a zip top bag, marinate tenderloin in Sioux Z Wow Marinade at least overnight or even for 2-3 days. To Cook: Preheat oven to 400 F. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear tenderloins on all sides. Line a baking pan with foil. Place seared tenderloins in the baking dish and cover the bottom with the wine and chicken broth. Bake at 400 F for about 10-12 minutes (147 F internal). To Serve: Place tenderloins on a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Plate and serve with Sioux Z Wow Exotic Fruit Chutney.
