Gourmet Beef Burgers, Gourmet Turkey Burgers, Gourmet Lamb Burgers

Wow Burgers
Serves 6-8
1½ lb. Ground Turkey, Beef or Lamb
¾ C. Oats, uncooked
¼ C. Onion, chopped
¼ t. Pepper, optional
½ C. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
1 Pkg. Whole Wheat Buns, toasted
To Make: Combine all ingredients and form patties. Grill on hot coals or broil for about 3-4 min. per side.
To Serve: Serve on toasted buns with plenty of condiments: lettuce, onion, mustard, ketchup, & of course more Sioux Z Wow! YUMMY!
