Meat Loaf made with Turkey, Beef or Lamb

Z Best Meat Loaf
1 ½ lb. Ground Beef, Turkey or Lamb
1 C. Sioux Z Wow Chile Marinade
¾ C. Oats, uncooked
¼ C. Onion, chopped
¾ t. Black Pepper
1 lg. Egg, beaten
Salt to taste
To Make: Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
To Cook: Pack firmly into a loaf pan and bake 1 ¼ hours. Remove and let stand 5 min. before slicing.
To Serve: For more zest drizzle Sioux Z Wow over each serving.
