Beef Kabobs made with Beer
Sioux-Z-Wow's Saucy Nickname is
Beef 'N' Beer Kabobs
Serves 4
1½ lbs. Beef, 1" cubed (Top Sirloin)
1 med. Red Pepper cut into lg. squares
1 med. Yellow Pepper, cut into lg. squares
1 med. Purple Onion, cut into wedges
3/4 C. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
1/4 C. Beer (not lite beer)
1 T. Olive Oil
4 lg Skewers
To Marinate: Mix Sioux Z Wow, olive oil and beer in a zip top bag. Add cubed beef, peppers and onion and marinate 3-4 hours at room temp.
To Grill: Thread beef, peppers and onions alternately onto each skewer. Grill over hot coals for 4-5 min./side. (To bring up the 'fire', baste with more SZW!)
To Serve: Serve with a crisp green salad
