Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

(Stuffed Mushrooms)
Serves 8
24 Mushrooms
15 T. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
½ Red Onion, finely diced
½ Red Pepper, diced
1" Ginger, diced
2 T. Olive Oil
½ C. Fresh Parsley, chopped
6 oz. Crabmeat
1 C. Parmesan Cheese
½ C. Breadcrumbs
1 T. Fresh Rosemary, chopped
1 T. White Wine
Salt & Pepper to taste
To Make: Snap stems out of the mushroom caps. Marinate caps in 12 T. SZW. Chop stems. Heat olive oil and saute onion, pepper, and ginger. Add chopped stems and cook 4 min. Add parsley and rosemary. Cook 2 min. Turn off heat. Mix in 3 T. SZW, breadcrumbs, cheese and crab. Stuff caps. Bake at 350 for 20 min. & serve.
